People may have their own opinions abt ICL.But I totally welcome this inititative.Persay nothing which is innovative gets accepted at first,but if it clicks,people are just after the golden goose.
I have just one reservation about ICL though;the idea seems to be borrowed from Premier Hockey League stated by IHF in 2005
